@@There's a "music vending machine" at Kitayama Station on the Karasuma subway line, where the Kyoto Concert Hall is located.
And inside it was a pocket score of Shostakovich's Symphony No. 10 !
Apparently, it contains pieces performed at the Kyoto Philharmonic's regular concerts.
The next day, one copy had been sold.
Even though the world is vast, this is probably the only place on earth where you'll find something like this.

By the way, there is a station like this on the way from Kitayama Station to Kyoto Station.
